You can delete your StudSheet account and its data at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it.
Me → Settings → Delete my account. Confirm, and you're done.
Tap Sign in to delete.
Enter the email on your account. We send you a 6-digit code.
Enter the code.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.
From the email address on your account, write to support@studsheet.com.
Use the subject "Delete my account" and include your handle.
We reply within [2 business days] to confirm it's you.
Once you confirm, we delete the account and email you when it's done.
Lost access to that email? Write to us from another address with your handle and any details that show the account is yours. We may ask a few questions to check.
Right away, these disappear from public view:
your posts and comments,
photos in your posts,
your votes,
every client link and equipment page you made (the links stop working),
your quote requests on the lead board, and your answers to other people's requests.
Within 30 days, we delete:
your profile: handle, town, role and pro badge details,
your email address and sign-in account,
your loadout logs (totals in "the meta" are recalculated without them),
everything you synced: projects, lists, notes, measurements, sketches, estimates, receipts, takeoff numbers, job photos, home details and Tool Shed,
Pro workspace records: client cards (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes), crew cards, estimates, invoices, the signatures and card payment records on your client links, and client link snapshots with their photos,
your service area and trades on the lead board,
your crew team, what it shared and what members sent (or, if you were on someone's crew, what you sent to the team),
your record of a connected Stripe account (the Stripe account itself is yours: close it in your Stripe dashboard),
your saved posts, blocks and "coming next" votes.
Backups are overwritten within [7] days after that.
We email you when the deletion is complete.
Pros who answered your quote requests keep the name and contact they received, under their own records. Ask them directly to delete it. Payment records also stay in the pro's and your own Stripe accounts, under Stripe's policy.
Deleting your account does not delete data saved only on your device, such as jobs you made without an account, plan files and weather points. To remove it:
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete my data on this device, or remove the app.
On the web: clear your browser's site data for app.studsheet.com.
